Quality taxidermy, whether it is a gamehead, bird, mammal, rug or fish, requires knowledge and skill. While we know there are kits are available to anyone who desires to mount a specimen, you should ask yourself whether or not you would rather have your trophy done by a professional with the proper knowledge and training of taxidermy. We know you put a lot of time and effort into acquiring your catch, so we think you deserve someone who will put the equal time and effort into preserving that trophy.

At Pep's Taxidermy, our daily living expenses are dependent on your satisfaction.  For those who are not hunters, but are interested in a professional mount to display in their home, we offer a wide variety of fish and wildlife mounts, rugs and other fine furnishings upon availability.

During the fall, Pep's Taxidermy will purchase your deer hides and antlers or trade them for gloves.

Award-winning Service

Pep's Taxidermy started in 1995, when owner Paul Peper went to school at the American Institute of Taxidermy. Since then, Paul has continued his knowledge of taxidermy by being a member of the Wisconsin Taxidermist Association (W.T.A.). 

While with the W.T.A., Paul entered a variety of mounts and won numerous ribbons at the W.T.A.'s annual conventions. In the past five years, Paul has won more ribbons and placed higher than all other area taxidermists combined. Additionally, while attending the W.T.A.conventions,Paul has sat in on many seminars and benefited from the experience and several nationally acclaimed judges.
